Richard Missingham

c1718-1784 or 1787
Richard MISSINGHAM was born c.1718.
Although I have been unable to confirm, it is possible he was the son of William Missingham and Ann (née Luckin) who were married 25 Oct 1702 in Selborne, Hampshire (he of Kingsley; she otp).

Two Richards are buried in Headley but, sadly, no ages are given, so it is not know which is father and which is son:

30 Oct 1784

30 Apr 1787

Marriage & Children

He married Mary WHITE 7 Aug 1743 Haslemere, Surrey.

Children born to Richard Missingham and Mary:

  1. Richard MISSINGHAM, baptised 7 Jan 1743/44 - Selborne Hampshire.
  2. Mary MISSINGHAM, of Newton, baptised 17 May 1746 - Headley Hampshire.
  3. Anne MISSINGHAM, of Newton, baptised 4 Jun 1748 - Headley Hampshire.
  4. William MISSINGHAM, of Newton Valence, baptised 1 Mar 1750 - Headley Hampshire.
  5. Hannah MISSINGHAM, of Newton Valence, baptised 4 May 1754 - Headley Hampshire.
  6. John MISSINGHAM, of Newton Valence, baptised 25 Jul 1755 - Headley Hampshire. »
  7. Thomas MISSINGHAM, baptised 22 Jul 1758 - Headley Hampshire.
  8. Daniel MISSINGHAM, baptised 3 Oct 1761 - Headley Hampshire.
  9. Jenny (Jane) MISSINGHAM1), baptised 7 Oct 1768 - Headley Hampshire.

1)
I have included Jenny (Jane) Missingham in this family group (as opposed to that of Richard Missingham & Mary Patrick/Cane) on the assumption she is the Jane who acted as a witness to the marriage of John Missingham (1755) to Mary White in 1790
