Mary Ann Ricketts ASHTON was baptised 11 May 1806, Waltham Abbey, Essex.
Her mother was buried 7 days after her baptism, probably from complications following child-birth. Her father did not re-marry until 1817.
She died in 1876.

She married Joseph APPELMAN 18 Dec 1825 at St. James' Piccadilly London; both of the parish, by banns, witnessed by Thomas Haynes1) and Laura Barnicot.
