Henry Thomas MAYHEW was born 30 Mar 1839, and baptised 28 Apr 1839, Frensham, Surrey, the son of Thomas Mayhew and Mary (Lawrence).

He died 11 Jun 1926, and was buried 16 Jun 1926, Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, Middlesex.
